Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years experience in the following: Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for both desktops and servers. Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on Win 9x, Win2K, WinXP and WinNT 4.0/Win2K/Win2003 Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS. End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite, Quickbooks, Act!, pcAnywhere. Experience in troubleshooting LANs and WANs, switches and routers. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP. Certifications such as A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA are a plus but not required.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience (information technology industry experience preferred but not required). Must be highly motivated and have high energy level. Excellent salesmanship skills – ability to listen to and identify prospects’ needs, ability to provide solutions that capture the prospects’ interest, and ability to close sales.
